Funky Ouma Ground Coffee (250g,Tin)

This delicious 100% ground coffee by Funky Ouma is ideal for “Moerkoffie”. The coffee is roasted to a dark mahagony brown, with no visible oils.

Coffee from the following countries of origin forms this superb blend:
El Salvador – it is at the core of the blend and adds a sweet caramel/butterscotch flavour.
Guatemala – adds dark chocolate notes and makes the coffee very palatable as an espresso.
Colombia – adds structure and texture to the blend.
East Africa – adds acidity and fruitiness to the blend and make it good for milk-based drinks.
Brazil – gives a smooth and nutty texture and flavour to the blend.

Plunger or Filter machine instructions:
Use 50 grams of ground coffee to 1 litre freshly boiled water.
Convert accordingly.
For a stronger cup, add more coffee.
Ideal brewing time: 3-4 minutes
